Great travel agent! Heidi puts her heart into her work and helps people plan the best Disney vacations! She's helped me not only plan when and where to go for the trip, but also within the trip- like where to eat and park planning. It could be overwhelming but Heidi makes it so fun! And there's always a sweet surprise from her for the kids.

Can not say how happy my entire family is by the heart and dedication Megan put into our First Disney World experience.  She planned everything, I would have been lost without her and she made sure the entire trip was enjoyable from the moment we arrived. She was so patient with my questions and has a heart to serve others. I was so excited every time I had a chance to speak with her about our trip because her heart was always on making this the best experience for my family! Where to begin.... Megan is a wealth of knowledge, patience, and excitement. I couldn't have done this without her. (That's an understatement). She was always there for a quick question (even if I asked it twice). She was there for everyone in our travel group, even at midnight when they needed support checking in. Our family highly recommends Summer for Disney travel.  She was absolutely incredible and went above and beyond to ensure we were happy.  We were originally booked at Port Orleans Resort but had to reschedule due to an unexpected event in our family.  Summer took care of us during a very stressful and emotional time.  She managed to rebook lodging at the Animal Kingdom Lodge for just a little more $.  To say everything worked out for the better was a huge understatement!  She helped with park passes, updated flights, restaurant reservations - you name it!  She is a true expert and know.
